This lesson will introduce the students to collaborative research that is taking place in the Great Bear Sea region on bears. They will learn that the research that is taking place is partnering with various universities as well as First Nations to learn more about the bear movement across the territories and how much salmon the bears have been eating. Students will explore data collected from the bear research project and will have the opportunity to do analysis of the data.
